Carbide Motion 505 Beta

Got the limit switch replaced and everything there is working fine. Leaving the bitsetter on even though it’s taking longer to measure the end mill than it is to run the cycle. BUT ANYWAY… I noticed now that after I turned the bitsetter back on (sent configuration even though I think the only time you need to is switching out the Z Axis) that the machine is rapiding faster which I saw in one of the recent videos being the case. When I ran the cycle again the rapid back to G28 seemed to travel beyond the limit and the next time I want to run the cycle it was off from the bitsetter location by about 0.5" in the X axis. I hit pause then stop before it hit anything and it forced me to initialize the machine which fixed the issue. I re-ran the operation and it did it again when going to G28. I went to rapid position and clicked current X Y and once again it was off by about 0.5" in the X axis. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
