Carbide Motion - auto "Initialize Machine" option

I’d like an option so that after connecting to the machine, CM always does the “Initialize Machine” thing.

Is there a workflow where people DON’T initialize?

The workflow where folks don’t initialize would be where connecting to the machine to configure or disable an option such as the BitSetter.
