Carbide Motion disconnecting from machine

Been running my machine for a month or so now and havent had any issues like this. After a minute or so of a program running, Carbide Motion is losing the connection with my ProXXL. Anyone have any ideas where to look first to resolve this? Thanks

Usually when this arises after a period of successful operation it’s cause by worn carbon brushes in the trim router — write in to support@carbide3d.com and we’ll get this sorted out.
