When the message window opens asking for an RPM or tool change I would like to hear a beep or some kind of a sound from my computer’s speaker to get my attention.

This may sound like mostly window dressing - but, I would like to see an icon in the message window that corresponds with the user action being requested.
Confession here: I usually don’t read the message because I think that I know what the message is. However, twice now an RPM change was being requested and I thought I was being asked to turn off the spindle. Both times this resulted in a broken bit.
