Hello, brand new owner of a shapeoko here. The build went smoothly but I’m having problems with the carbide motion app. Buttons appear wrong or with artifacts and sometimes just disappear.
I have done a fresh install of Windows 10 pro and reinstalled the program with no luck. Any insight of what’s causing the problem would be much appreciated.
Do you have any web utilities or other software installed? If so, if you can, uninstall it — CM4 communicates over a network loopback interface and various software/settings can interfere with that.
If you’re feeling adventurous, CM5 uses a different architecture and shouldn’t have this problem and is in open beta now.

Thank you for the suggestions. I downloaded the beta and happy to report it has solved all my problems.
