Carbide motion rapid position causes gantry to hit my limit switch

Hello Everyone,

I am wondering is it possible to adjust the position of the (W) left-hand side? I have a proximity limit switch set up, as well as a suckit dust boot set up. The bracket of the suckit dustboot hitting it every time the machine tires to rapid to (NW) (W) (SW). I am wondering is there anyways to change the rapid coordinate system?
