Carbide Motion V6 - Shapeoko Pro XXL Envelope Incorrect - HELP

Hello,
I just updated to Carbide Motion V6 and now my machine believes that my machine bed is .24 mm higher than it actually is, and now im being hit with this warning prompt:

"Project will plunge to the bottom of the machine (Z-).
(The program zero is 6.9mm too low.)

Do you want to continue?"

Does anyone have a solution for this? Additionally, I can no longer jog my machine down to the bottom of the bed. In V5 I could modify the xy&z axis but I am not seeing how to do that now.

Which Z-axis does your machine have?

Which did you configure for?

Post a .c2d file which evinces this problem and step-by-step notes on how you are securing your stock and setting zero relative to it and managing all tool changes?

Using a .ND file, says its too large to add to this reply.

Stock is secured with the horizontal clamps, the stock is not moving, Using bitzero to zero the machine. I double checked the zero by manually jogging to x0 y0 z0, and it was zerored correctly.
