I am cutting a 3D model with toolpaths saved using Aspire. The roughing cut and profile cut load great, but the finish cut will not load. I’ve tried changing bits, offset vs raster, nothing seems to work. Looking at the files the beginning and ending commands all look the same as the files that work. I’ve not run into this before so am completely at a loss. The file size is 26.3MB so I’m hoping that’s not an issue, but again I’ve done similar size projects before. I’ve tried rebooting the computer and the Shapeoko to no avail. No error messages, just nothing happens.

Update: I modified the stepover and going from 10% to 13% reduced the file size from 26.3MB to 20.2MB and that did the trick. One poster mentioned the limit may be 25MB, I’ve not heard anything definitive from Carbide3D yet.
