Carbide Multiple passes

This is a really strange issue. In build 764 and build 777 when I create a cut contour toolpath with No Offset it always cuts two times. In the design file there is only one path. however as soon as a cut contour path is created there are two paths. I have attached two images the first image is in design view showing only 1 path. the second image is from the tool path and it should two paths which is causing it to cut twice.

Here is the carbide create file I am using also. If you zoom in on design view you will not see duplicate images.

Once you zoom in on toolpath you will see duplicate images. Please help.

One ‘path’ is the design, the other is the path that the tool takes. The simulation isn’t exact, so it sometimes doesn’t exactly track the design. The GCode (and the cut) are usually closer to the design than the simulation.

It cuts twice (two passes) because the depth-of-cut is 0.100", but the tool DOC is 0.075".

In short, there’s actually nothing wrong here.
