Carbide Support Staff

I have to comment on Carbide 3D Support…Today, after having my Shapeco Pro for about a week my bit setter stopped working, after doing a self diagnosis, I found either the bit setter connector (in the end plate) or the wiring from the end plate to the controller is defective. I wrote an e-mail to Carbide 3D Support, never expecting a response since today was a Saturday. However, to my amazement a Support Technician replied to my e-mail informing me he is sending out a new switch and the wiring haring that goes through the rail, I was flabbergasted! Never did I expect any assistance on a weekend…Unreal…Thank You!!!, you guys are great!

Thank, Paul. We try to have someone available on Saturday, since a lot of our users have day jobs. I’m gad we were able to take care of the problem.
