I have done an inlay after a couple of sucsesful small toys . but when I did the bigger one this is whats happening after the pocket with a 1/8th uncut end mill (END GRAIN) I noticed the vet carve part goes through the motions but it not touching the side . it at least 1 m maybe 1.5mm off where it should be ??? so im using a .250 30 degree lee ?? disappointing , must be doing something silly and wrong hehehe help please
I just updated software so was done with the previous im on a trial to see if this will work

Photos showing how things turned out?
Screen grabs showing how you have defined the tooling you are using and links to the product’s specifications page?
Thanks elvoro, 1 st even though I know it’s not going to work I’ve tried to glue it!
Call it a test and a write off!
Only way to learn as the pocket was done first as in cc pro even where there’s a .125 “ pocket the 30 degree v starts in the middle approx 1.25mm and does this for 1/2 an hr only part that’s actually beef is about 1.5 ml from the top? Measurements are estimate so when you described of set that’s exactly what’s happening! I have a genmitsu 6050 xl pro Cnc and c arabise create pro with UGS AS SENDER
I did a small practise on a small piece first and that worked good
Thanks for you help
