CC - Moving the page(work piece) around?

Is there a way to move the “work piece” around the page while zoomed in? I have found that I can zoom out and re-center my mouse and zoom into an area. But, I am looking for the way to move the page within the zoomed area [Like a “move” function sometimes shown as a hand]

Does a function like that exist?

Note that this moves the view around, it does not shift the stock around relative to the origin. It should be discussed in:

Thank You… I was looking for something to select. Looked at the Keyboard short cut keys as well…
