I’ve begun to use layers quite often and like the feature. The color (particularly the red for layer 2) is difficult to work with, due to the similarity to the “selected object” color. Therefore, as soon as I create layer 2, I have to go in and change the color.
The request is to allow me to change the colors assigned by default to the layers. I don’t care if you just persist any layer color changes or give me a dialog to set my own defaults. But it would be helpful to be able to change it once and forget it.
