Add a function in CC to be able to place text on an Arc.

You can create text on path in free Inkscape or buy Affinity Design. Affinity has regular sales for $25.00-$35.00. Both apps have a ton of tutorials on youtube.

This is a frequent feature request.

Until it is implemented you can use a 3rd party tool to create such designs:

https://inkscape-manuals.readthedocs.io/en/latest/putting-text-on-path.html

then save a copy and convert the text to paths using Path | Object to Path to import into Carbide Create.
