CC614, [Interface inconsistency] center point for Create Polygon LC

When using the Polygon tool it’s:

  1. Click on center point
  2. Click on perimeter

but for Circle and Rectangle it’s:

  1. Click on Center Point
  2. Click on Edge/Corner

Polyline is also all lowercase, as is the Curve tool.
