Christmas ornament border not centered

i purchased this Christmas ornament file ,that i poured epoxy around the cut out, the holes for ornament to put a string on are not centered , and around the outer perimeter the margin is not the same all the way around, see pic and file
,this file i bought everything is in the tool paths, there is nothing in the design section (like normal )
if someone can help with this it would be great,

If a cut doesn’t match the preview, then most likely steps were lost while cutting, or something was shifted during a tool change.

How long a time was it between cutting for the epoxy, then cutting for the outline?

I have had wood change size over time (humidity), enough that I could see the difference, over surprisingly short (to me) time spans.

Looks like your grain is going top-to-bottom, so humidity / moisture would affect the side-to-side dimensions most.

Was your zero bottom left? It looks like things get more out-of-whack from left to right.

this is the original file ,and the final pass has surfacing toolpath ,not sure if that makes a difference on the cutout

Did you remove the part from the machine to pour the epoxy?
Did you use the reference holes with dowels to replace it on the machine?
Did you use/check the center reference hole for XY zero?

i removed it to pour the epoxy, but before i did , i dbl sided tape on a thin board like L shape so i put it back in the same spot.

i did not use the reference holes, I used dbl sided tape to the spoil board.

i used the center for X and Y zero

It’s absolutely possible an “L” shaped reference fixture will not always allow repeatable alignment with the specific shapes you are milling. I would use an alignment tool with at least three points of contact and based on the scale of the project that might not even be enough for accuracy, lots of good advice on here. Specifically the use of dowels, reference holes and a big one not always thought of is moisture related movement of the wood.
