I enjoyed making presents this year. 3/4" Oak Framed LED Candlestone Lithophanes.
The Frame Vice
8"x11" x.75" MDF
Wedges at 9 degrees
The Frame
I alternated miters and groves depending on the loaded tool at stock switch to go faster.
The Plates
Back plates are .5" Oak Ply, 30 LEDs per box. Enough to make a good contrast in daylight.
The Build

Very cool. where did you get your dust shoe from? Also if you made it can you share your plans/project files for it. I have both the DWP611 palm router and the 660.
Thank you

@Flatballer designed and built the dust shoe himself. The plans are available.
Continuing the discussion from FR4 PCB's dangerous? :
Here is my modified Nomad with a custom acrylic dust box, my ClearVue cyclone, and the silencer box for my ShopVac. Only thing I need to upgrade now is my filter.

The dust box is 3 parts, the top plate that is held on to the spindle with a band clamp underneath. A middle riser compartment, and a bottom plate that holds the brush. These layers are all held together with magnets to make getting at the spindle easy.
