what is the best technique for cleaning the rollers / screws and nuts?

Not sure about the best method, but I use a Qtip pressed against the vwheel groove and then move the axis manually

I give everything a good blast with the air hose. Usually a quick wipe with isopropyl alcohol wetted paper towel on the extrusions to remove smashed on residue and brush the vwheels with a toothbrush.

I use a stiff nylon brush to clean v wheels. I have never cleaned the screws.
