CM 4 "GRBL ERROR: Feed rate has not been set or is undefined."

I just started getting this error this morning.

• Connect to theS3XXL
• Initate homing sequence
• GRBL: Feed rate error … occurs and I cannot proceed past the Homing Screen

Here is the $$ log capture re $110, $111 & $112

I’m a total GRBL NOOB and have no idea how to correct this error any help would be greatly appreciated.
