Curious to know if the Machine Type will always default to Shapeoko 3 afters selecting from the drop down menu either the XL or XXL.

For some reason it will always default to Shapeoko 3 after rebooting CM, but the Table X & Y values are correct for the given machine selected.

Yes, the drop-down menu is only intended as an interface element not a status — the dimensions are what indicates machine type.
