I’m a real newby at CNC and started out with CAMotics as a MAC users, I found the software quite problematic, switching between apps didn’t always work and found myself having to click on launch icon again to bring it back into view, but my main issue is that I found it not reading code correctly and showing fake plunge/drag lines through my work which weren’t there when I viewed via NCviewer. In my opinion NCviewer is far better.
It is reading the code correctly, the program has to be configures for machine size/origin so that the G53 commands will be acted upon correctly.
