Here’s my latest…I like the overall design but I need to fix the marks that my cnc makes…I’m doing research now and will align the machine this weekend…but overall I’m happy with this
It’s a little out of tram by the looks of it, but a very nice piece otherwise.
One way to smooth out an out-of-tram condition (until you can fix it ), is to lower your Z just a smidgen (that’s a mil or two ) and rerun that part of your toolpath. The idea being that you’ll be cutting with that “bleeding edge” and not the whole bottom of the cutter. At least it might create a more acceptable texture.
