Compact router bearings

Has anyone had problems with their compact router bearings. I’ve had mine for a couple of years now and it sounds like the bearings are noisey. Everything works fine but it seems louder than iit used to be. I’ve replaced the brushes twice. Also has anyone replaced there bearings yet?
