Yes, it will.
The Makita RT0701 and Standard Carbide Compact Router use the same collets, nuts, bearings, brushes, motor, and motor housing — the only things which are different are the cord (shorter on the Makita), the control layout and electronics, the dial (note the Makita lacks detents and may vibrate off a given speed setting) and the top cap (which is of course teal on the Makita).
I believe that accessory comes in two versions — the European for the RT0700 has a non-standard hole pattern, while the U.S. has a standard Porter-Cable pattern.
