How do I create the following text in a 3" x 5" area without an SVG file?

Text: QUI VERO IN TERRAM BONAM SEMINATUS EST,
HIC EST QUI AUDIVIT, ET INTELLIGIT,
ET FRUCTUM AFFERT-MT. 13:23

Create each line as a separate text object. CC doesn’t support multi-line text.

You would need to use 3 (or more) text objects and arrange them as desired.
