Connection problem with new PC

I have a new problem. Until now, I used my MacBook
to connect with the SOXL. I decided to buy a Pc to put into the garage
to operate the SOXL.

Trying to connect it, it gives a grbl error, like not responding.
The machine is on, the usb is connected, but no results.
Is there something I’m missing?

Did you make sure that you loaded Carbide Motion? That loads the drivers for windows.

Yes, I had loaded the windows version.
Edward Ford told me to install the new version
362, and it did the job.
