Connector Orientation?

I’m building an enclosure for my S5P 2x4 and needed to disconnect the wiring harnesses on the right side to route the cabling through a hole in the worktop. When disconnecting the cable labeled ‘Front’, the entire connector assembly pulled off the PCB. Nothing is damaged, but I don’t know what the orientation the three-pin connector needs to be when I push the shroud back onto the pins on the PCB. Anybody able to assist with this?

Thanks!

It looks like you’ve got a new machine, so send that picture to support@carbide3d.com, and we’ll send you a new front plate.

Its oriented tabs up on my machine also marked Rev 1.0b. (The cable hold is attached too close to the front to grab it on mine)

There’s a white triangle on the board. Is there a similar marking on one side of the connector?

Awesome – this picture totally solved the problem for me. Thank you!

(And yeah, the cable hold is the same on mine – it’s too far towards the front to be of any use).

Glad to hear it worked out!
