Control board is dead

It appears the power supply is ok however have not tested. Does anyone know how to test power supply and anything I can test on the board to confirm the issue

Welcome,

Sorry for the issue you are facing. I would call support as well as send them an Email.

As long as you have voltage at the plug end prior to plugging into the board there is no user fix. You said there is power at the transformer, people have forgotten to turn on the switch on the transformer cable.

Make sure you have good supply voltage at the plug in the wall. Then when supply is plugged in use a multimeter set to DC voltage to check power at the connector that plugs into the control board. There are 4 pins in the connector. Two of them are positive and two are negative. You should have 24V between each positive and negative pin. Mine is a Shapeoko 3 it could be different if yours is another model. The power supply is labeled. You can repair the power supply but I would not suggest it if you have no knowledge of switching power supplies. They can be very dangerous.
