Control mother board / Carbide motion

Good-day to ALL

I am Looking to buy a new control board some thing that will run Carbide Create Pro which i have. "AND " Carbide motion… and I also would like it to handle a Laser. My current controler board will not run Carbide motion it is the board that came with my 3020 Ver 1
I dont want to spend big bucks for it But $$ and being a novice.?

ANY SUGESTIONS ?

Usually our controllers only run Grbl:

and Carbide Motion runs on a separate computer, though it is an option to run it on a Raspbery Pi 4 (or later):

If you’ve got a Raspberry Pi 4 lying around give this a shot over the weekend: https://carbide3d.com/carbidemotion/pi This was a quick R&D project and we just got it working a few hours ago so we haven’t tested it too much yet. We don’t know if the Raspberry Pi will become a supported platform for us yet, but let us know if you find it useful. PS- Be sure you run sudo apt-get update before trying to install this package if you’re on a fresh Pi install

Note that all of this is in the context of controlling Carbide 3D machines, which is all that we support, save for Carbide Create Pro making G-code which may be used on 3rd party machines.
