Many times I’ll make copy of something then move the original out of my view while I edit the copied version. When I create tool paths for the edited version the original is often also included. When I go to simulation and zoom out it shows the original included with my tool paths.
I usually just delete the original but is there a was to simply exclude or turn off the original version without having to delete it? Kind of a minor issue but the way I copy things when designing it’s a frequent thing for me.
You would need to edit your tool paths to not include the original. If you want to keep the paths intact then just copy the path for the new and make sure you only have the new vectors selected for that one. Then right click and disable the original toolpath. This way it is still there if you need it later.
