Hello Carbide Create Team,
Currently, when I copy an object, the CC pastes it onto the active layer and doesn’t carry over the associated toolpaths. Manually reassigning each toolpath and layer for duplicated objects is time-consuming, especially for projects with multiple elements and layers.
Feature Request:

Copy & Paste with Toolpaths: When duplicating an object, allow its existing toolpaths to be copied along with it, ideally retaining the same toolpath settings.

Paste to Original Layer: When pasting, have an option to place the copied object on the original layer rather than defaulting to the active layer.

Streamlines workflow by reducing repetitive steps for toolpath and layer reassignment.

Improves organization, especially in projects with multiple layers, by keeping design elements on their intended layers.
