Copy tool database from One Computer to Another

Ok…Newbie here…I run my 4 XL using a Fusion 5 Tablet PC. I do most of my design work in carbide create on my Laptop. If I add tools to my laptop, how can i copy them to my Fusion 5 tablet? Is there a way to do this without re-entering all of my tools again on the tablet?
