It’s a little tricky doing this sort of thing in Carbide Create since it doesn’t have a feature to depth limit V-carves.
Here’s one way to do it though:
Start by drawing up a suitable image:
If there are any overlaps (as in the Nomad text) — Boolean Union them by drawing something inside them then selecting Boolean Union:
