Custom offset for BitZero 2.0?

Is there a way to adjust how the Z height on BitZero 2.0 is determined? All of my programs (250ish) were set up with using the “paper” method for setting the Z. BitZero places the Z about 0.175 - 0.200mm higher. I know that is not a lot for most users, but we are cutting through a lot of thin aluminum and V-cutting 3mm mdf and leaving a very thin skin so the parts will stay together for transport.

Machine is a V5 Pro 4x4, Motion is on version 640

Cheers!

Other than sanding or machining that much off the bitzero itself, a workaround might be to just add that amount to the Z after setting zero. i.e. type in 0.175 and hit Enter.

I haven’t tried it in the MDI before(or, a Quick Action), but you can preposition the probe pin above the BitZero and try an M203Z____ with the thickness of the probe entered for the Z value.

Keep that hand by the Estop just in case…
