I want to tell everyone CC has come through and fixed my issue.
Issue: Brand new 5 Pro. VFD not working.
We went through 3 complete replacements and finally on the 4th, my machine is up and running.
It is very heartwarming to know CC came through for me and 120 students I have under my care.
We are doing simple projects: coasters with inlays, I phone passive speaker docking station, nameplate carvings. Some required. Tool change. Some do not!
