I want to express my gratitude to the customer support team at Shapeoko!
I recently ordered a replacement router, the new one arrived, I installed it and it died after only a few hours. I simply sent them an email telling them this and all they asked for was a picture of the batch # on the router. My new router is on the way!
This is the second time I have had a problem and they have stepped up both times.
The first time I screwed up! Rookie mistake. They sent me replacement parts no questions asked and no charge. They are the best.

Glad it worked out for you. I’m hoping for a good experience for my first time contacting support. Already been a full day of waiting, so hoping I’ll be taking with sometime soon. Hopefully their queue isn’t so long each step takes multiple days, I’ve got a demo I don’t want to cancel :grimacing:

I had given up hope because it was after their declared hours for a Friday, but just got a call and replacement part on the way. Seems to be pretty good service if it comes through!

C3D has always stepped up to the plate. Yes, STUFF happens, but they always step up to the plate. They have an order on its way to me. Good old Brown Pants said Today. They have revised it to Monday. Such is my life, thank you Brown Pants. Snow must have got in the way.
