I have a Shapeoko3 XXL and I’m trying to cut some 30" tray sides designed in Vcarve. All measurements are accurate except the overall length. It’s almost 3/16" to long. I’m also cutting these diagonally as I still have some 36" pieces to make on the same jig. I’ve squared the machine as well as tensioned the belts, triple checked the drawing for accuracy, calibrated for belt stretch and checked for anything that may have come loose. All of the other measurements are within .005". I’m still very much a newbie at this and have no idea where to go from here.
I’d calibrate the belts again if I were you
Also check to see if you’re cutting outside the line on the profile cutout
