The simulation shows the cutting is perfect but when it cuts it is random with not straight lines and cuts that go beyond the pattern 
How does this compare to the 3D preview in Carbide Create?
The oddities seem to be matching up with the wood grain — have you checked things mechanically?
Hi thanks for the reply shortly after posting my wife figured it out the drive motor wheels on the left where lose once we tightened them up everything is cutting to perfection…new to CNCing rookie mistake I should have known it was mechanical appreciate you feedback
