It’s a slitting/slotting saw —
(note that I haven’t used one and am not specifically vetting the use of one — please check the rated RPMs for the tool, and ensure that the router / spindle is matched to that, then work up toolpaths carefully, setting suitable feed rates.)

I try find this tool in Europe (best is company, who has dealership in the Czech Republic) but I couldn’t find anything.
