My hardware is mostly Delta because it’s cheap and easily obtainable from China:
- ASD-A3-0421-E servo drives
- ECM-A3L-CY0604RS1 servo motors
- VFD11AMS21AFSAA VFD with a Delta EtherCAT module
- An AX58100-based digital IO EtherCAT module from AliExpress
And driving it all I have an Intel NUC running LinuxCNC.
The Mesa card is no longer necessary. I could use it for the digital IO but I prefer the AliExpress module because it means everything speaks EtherCAT.
