As requested on support…
Given a design:
where one wants decorative V cuts along all the geometry, one would start by selecting all the interior elements:
and assigning a No Offset Contour toolpath to the desired depth:
which previews as:
For the outline:
It would be best to close this geometry using “Join Vectors”
or, just re-draw it:
Boolean Union:
OK
Since the tool is 90 degrees, the added depth/offset are the same so offset to:
Apply:
Apply a No Offset Contour to the greater depth:
which previews as:
For cutting out the design it will be necessary to use a #201 since the stock thickness (0.75") is greater than the flute length of a #102 — best practice is to offset by tool diameter plus 10%:
Apply
Select the offset and original geometry:
and assign a Pocket toolpath to tab height or the penultimate pass:
Then add tabs to the original geometry:
Assign an outside Contour toolpath which starts at the bottom of the preceding pocket and finishes the cut:
It will be necessary to use a chisel or file to clean up the corners.

Thanks, William.
I certainly wasn’t expecting all you did.
Bueno and gracias for the tutorial.

My pleasure! It’s what we do here.
Alternately, you can lean into the rounding:
Draw a rectangle the size of the rounding:
and use the Centerpoint to position it:
and one corner to draw a circle for the rounding:
Then use Trim Vectors and Node Editing to combine things:
OK
Node Edit:
Cut Vector
Select the excess vectors:
d to delete
Done
Select the two geometries:
Join Vectors:
Yes
Repeat at the other intersections, then edit or re-draw the central geometry:

Or, better still, use the Corner tool which is intended for such usages:
Just adjust the radius to what is desired and click on the ones which need rounding.
(It will still be necessary to adjust the interior geometry)
