Default Library Elements

Hello everyone. Total newbie here. Trying to follow a couple videos and I seem to be running into what might be a version issue.
I don’t see in version 514 where you can select from a default library of elements.(the little open book next to import)
Is there a download to older versions does anyone know how or another place to grab those?
Sorry first CNC and just trying to create simple things to learn the program.
