I have uploaded a picture of the sign which shows the text gets deeper as it cuts on each line, my level shows the table as square. Any suggestions??
@dkerkman Square doesn’t really count. What you want it your table top to be parallel to the bit / X-axis. Yours looks like you don’t have a parallel path across your table.
That probably means that you haven’t surface your wasteboard to make it parallel with the X-axis.

You are correct I haven’t surfaced my wasteboard, I will try that tomorrow! Thanks for the help!
so you can do this as a quick check with a level.
the table, the X “beam” as well as the aluminum holder for the router all must be on the same angle compared to level.
if any of those are different then before leveling the waste board, try to adjust the machine for that
