Dewalt Speed settings not correct

I pulled a speed settings from Dewalt and it references the following:
1-16,000
2-18,200
3- 20,400
4- 22,600
5- 24,800
6- 27,000

However when using a bit that is programed to run at 19,000 in Carbide Motion it tells me to set the spindle to 19000 RPM (set sped dial to 4). Any thoughts on this?

The speeds/dial in CM are based on our Compact Router; they’re not really mapped to any other router.

From what I have found online:

Dewalt DWP611 / D26200 Speed Dial to RPM conversion chart
The variable speed dial on a Dewalt DWP611 Router goes from 1-6, which equates to a range of 16,000 to 27,000 RPM

The following table helps you determine the required dial settings for your required RPMs:

Dial Setting Approx RPM
1 16,000
2 18,200
3 20,400
4 22,600
5 24,800
6 27,000

Not sure these are correct because I have never used a dewalt router, but this matches the google search at multiple sites.

Thanks, I guess I need to just have a chart handy for the Dewalt and set the speeds accordingly and ignore the settings Carbide Motion is telling me. Not a big deal.

Carbide does tell me the RPM so that is handy and I don’t have to go back and look at the job setup when using multiple bits and I can’t remember the speed setting for each bit

On my Carbide router speeds I used a label printer and made a label corresponding with the speed and number on the dial, I placed it on the front of the gantry so I can see it clearly. I can reach the dial and make the change that i want.
