Disc Golf Bag Tags

So it has been a while since our local homegrown disc golf club had bag tags made, so I offered up my services.

Here are the two halves before gluing together.

Here is the custom alignment and glue-up jig.

Here is my custom hold down solution. This would work well for the current weekly challenge.

In all, I did 60 unique tags in a ‘production’ run. Glad I wont need to do this again for another 4-5 years.

Actually that very first picture shows the front and back of the finished pieces of #1 and #2 after glue-up. The jig gives me spot on alignment.

What material are these being cut out of? Looks sharp

Lexan sheet.
3.5" circles. Nearly indestructible.
