I’m a newb but I’m quickly learning the quirks and nuances of Carbide Create. I’ve created a “master file” with the entire alphabet and toolpaths to be able to make a kid’s name puzzle. If I copy that file and then delete the letters I don’t want for a particular name or word, do I need to also delete those empty toolpaths or will the software just ignore them when I send the file to my Shapeoko?
I’ve always seen that empty toolpaths are ignored.

If you are going to reconstitute the tool path then leave it. If you are not going to use the tool path then delete it. Empty tool paths are ignored but I find it best to delete things I dont need. It keeps confusion down later.
