Does the HDM automatically align the Y axis?

I was adding loctite to the grub screws on the HDM’s couples and may have moved one side of the y axis so it is slightly more forwards than the other. Does the HDM automatically correct for this during the initialization cycle or do I need to measure and manually align it? Thanks

Jog the gantry all the way forward, turn off the power, grab the gantry and physically pull it forward until it stops.
Thats what Ive done a time or two.
