Door Open on S3

I restarted my Windows 10 machine (x64) 16GB 2TB HDD after a few successful runs and I can connect but when I jog to initialize the machine I get a door open error.

  1. I have restarted the machine - Same Error
  2. I have shut down the machine - Same Error
  3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CM - Same Error
  4. Opened the wire cover for the circuit board I get three lights, blue, yellow and red

I have no idea on what to do next to get this back.
Someone with a bigger brain please help me. You do not want to see an old fat man cry.
