Double lines in tracing

I am including a file from Inkscape that has double lines in CC. The same happens when I trace the image in CC and it doesn’t seem to matter what the settings are in the trace options.

Is there a way to prevent the double lines

Carbide Create only traces outlines — it does not have a “centerline” tracing option.

You would need to fill in the original in order to get a single outline.

Note that you uploaded the filepath of the file in question, not the actual file, so no one can access it w/o access to your computer.

If you’ll upload the pixel original we can look into this with you.

I really don’t know how to attach a file without just grabbing and dropping it into this window so I hope this is what you want.

If the copyright which has this file placed at:

https://jp.123rf.com/photo_32144071_バットと塗り絵用ボール面白い少年野球選手の黒と白の漫画イラスト.html

is valid, then you should purchase license to use the image from them and at that time discuss if they have a vector original available.

Once you have a copy which is not watermarked so as to prevent usage we can look into this with you.

It’s listed as a free file here.

I don’t think you’d want to resell it or use it in a commercial project, but if it were me, I’d feel comfortable using it to make something for myself or as a gift, but only once. IE no commercial use.
