Download for Carbide Motion 408?

I’ve recently upgraded to Motion 407 following this url: http://docs.carbide3d.com/support/carbideupdater//

Motion shows build 4.0.407, but also indicates that there is a new build 408, and provides a link. The link goes to the generic downloads page, and I cannot see any way to get 408 from there.

Looking back for the link from which I downloaded 407, I just manually changed the release number in the link and it downloaded 408 (I am on a Mac, so its a .dmg).

So first of all, I wanted to point out that the link in 407 does not point to anyplace useful as far as updating.

Also, my question is: Is 408 the best to be using at this point?
